With a track record of opening seven incredible amenities in just six years, I am passionate about creating extraordinary neighborhoods that will serve families and individuals for decades to come, all while staying on-time and on-budget.

Since 2003, I have been deeply involved in the industry, initially managing programming events at a private health club owned by DMB Inc. and Associates. During my tenure, I achieved exponential growth in membership, setting the stage for my passion for creating exceptional experiences.
In 2007, I joined the world of Homeowners Associations (HOAs) as a Lifestyle Director for CCMC, working in large master-planned communities run by developers. My role included implementing lifestyle and wellness programs, and in 2010, I was promoted to oversee a resort-style single-family community and condominium sub-association.
At the prestigious Plaza Lofts at Kierland Commons, I served as the community manager, bringing with me years of experience in management, lifestyle programming, and a service-first mentality. I helped the board transition to homeowner control while fostering a positive and vibrant community atmosphere.
In recognition of my dedication and excellence, I secured a three-year contract with the board for CCMC and received the AACM G.E.M. (Guiding Excellence in Management Award) in 2015 for my outstanding service to residents.
In 2015, Freehold Communities approached me to create a new position for them. As the Director of Lifestyle Services, I continued my work with CCMC and relocated my family from Scottsdale, Arizona to Austin, Texas.
In 2022, I embarked on an independent journey to focus on the development side of the trade. I am now assisting homebuilders and developers in transforming their visions into reality, offering a fresh perspective and my expertise.

When I’m not passionately working on community development, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband Christopher “Lamont” and our daughter Olivia. We find joy in watching Olivia play basketball and engage in various extracurricular activities. As a basketball-loving family, we also appreciate a good Netflix binge. Additionally, I cherish the time I spend with the inspiring ladies in my Bible study. We are fortunate to reside in a remarkable master-planned community that offers excellent schools, trails, and, most importantly, an incredible network of people. We frequently come together on weekends to celebrate and consider ourselves one big extended family.
To say that I am blessed is an understatement.
